Where to start. Management does not do a thing when you have a complaint. You get letters regarding trash, kids running around, picking up after your pets and you are one resident who sticks to all the rules they have. But when you ask something from them as a simple please remind your residents of the noise ordinance, they are mia or simply do not acknowledge your complaint.

This place is a hot mess. I moved into a brand new apartment 3-4 months ago and legit feel like I got scammed. One person in the leasing office and one maintenance person. An on-call emergency maintenance service that doesn't respond, no on-site secure parking for tenants unless you rent a garage for an additional $130/month (assuming your vehicle fits), unstable stairway, property manager that doesn't enforce their own policies...it's like wth am I paying $2300 a month for? More over, I'm a disabled veteran who is eligible to get a handicapped license plate, but there's no handicapped parking at, or anyway near my building. The closest is approximately 50 yards away. If only I lived in another building it wouldn't be an issue...then again, I probably wouldn't even need it considering people park wherever they feel like, including fire zones and handicapped parking. You pay two gas bills, and two electric bills. You pay partial utilities for amenities you may or may not use, including a pool that isn't even finished yet (about the size of a large wading pool). No business center...for it to go towards, although you are paying for a clubhouse that no one will never likely rent out - ever. On top of which, if you do rent, there's a $300 deposit or charge for the clubhouse. Everything has a fee, even paying rent online with a checking account. Never have I been charged a fee for an eCheck payment. No security of any kind, which, I can now see why given there's no on-site parking to secure. Pretty confident that Fore Property tries their best to get away with the absolute bare minimum while maximizing profits every where possible. This is also reflective in the quality of construction they produce. I went outside to my patio and saw chunks of roof tiling (assuming) on the floor. The building is 4 months old. I was locked out of my apartment by my door because of shoddy construction. Basically, left over debris had somehow prevented my key from turning over the deadbolt. The lock had to be drilled out and replaced. I could go on but I'd run out of room.
