        This time I went second time and the coupon wasn't working, we tip better if we use coupon. But they didn't accepted coupon this time very very disappointed with their service this time. Went to their other branch they redeemed that same coupon.

        The staff here is extremely good at cutting hair. It doesn't feel like a "budget" haircut. I have my own style I am growing into, I don't have pictures as examples, and they nail it every time. I won't cut my hair anywhere else as long as I'm living here in Portland.         The place was clean, quiet ect. I went in line 4 a DRASTIC change in haircut. The lady, wasn't smart enough to get name, was great. Told her what in was looking for & she was very helpful & sincere. Best part is ...I LOVE MY NEW LOOK. TKS GREAT CLIPS. WILL DEFINITLY RECOMEND TO ALL I KNOW!!
