Great Clips

I hate leaving bad reviews. It's even worse when the people are so nice, but my haircut was awful. I went in for a cut and bangs/framing pieces around my face. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it was uneven and choppy. I paid and went home to see if I could style it and that's when I realized how bad it was. I couldn't tell in the chair, but the sides were uneven, blunt, and there was no blending or thinning. It felt more lightweight and was the length I wanted so I thought it was ok until I got home. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I'm sad I spent money on this and didn't notice it before I left.

Friendly folks, they do a decent a job, though for the price, you could probably find a nicer place. In a pinch though it worth it.

So Im not sure who it was exactly that cut my hair tonight the receipt says Diane but the hair station said Kim so Im a bit confused it was the lady with the blonde/grey bob hairstyle. The reason its important to me to know who my stylist was exactly is because this is unfortunately a negative review due to the stylists own personality, she was very cold and almost robotic in a way she definitely wasnt welcoming at all I almost left and got my hair cut elsewhere. She maybe said five words to me during the whole 20 minute sitting. I felt like I was talking to myself and if I were the hiring manager and she was the way she was tonight and had shown any sign of no personality or just a blah presence I would NEVER had hired her to work in my salon unless I wanted to guarantee I had either unhappy customers or no customers for that matter. Really what I shouldve said was I had the worst experience ever and will not be going back EVER all due to this specific stylist and her profound lack of people skills! Service: Haircut

My five year old son got his haircut by an older skinny lady. I don't know her name but she was very loud and unprofessional and seriously rude to my child. She yelled at my son too ''hurry up and get out of here'' as we were waiting for his dad to finish his haircut. We've been to this location a few times a year ago but we will NEVER go back because she is the worst and scared my son. The lady that cut my husbands hair was a lot nicer.

Been getting my hair cut here for over two decades. Never had a bad one. Staff is friendly, and professional.
