Frank Weathers Portland Hair Color & Cut

I cant say enough about Franks keen eye and artistic talent as a colorist and stylist. He is a genius with color and a very kind and genuine human being. Despite feeling a little nervous about releasing the old (faded color) and bringing in the new (bold and bright), Frank immediately put me at ease. He clearly knows his craft. So very happy with the results!

Frank is a miracle worker, my hair was a hot mess after a couple of less than great dye jobs from other hairstylists (and some bad home repair jobs). I was a little nervous to try another new person but luckily for me Frank did an amazing job and I left feeling fantastic. I usually go right home and shower after the salon but he styled my hair beautifully I rocked it into the next day. So happy my search is over and I found a brilliant stylist! Thank you Frank!

Ive been dying my hair for 30 years and finally made the decision to transition to gray. After lots of research, I chose Frank based on his years as a colorist and his wonderful reviews . I was very nervous up until I met him. Frank made me feel at ease right away. He is very kind and easy to chat with. He explained the process of removing the dark brown dye, adding highlights and toner to blend well with my gray roots. It is plain to see that he is very passionate about what he does, and very meticulous as well. I couldnt be happier with the results! Im in love with my new hair color, and have received many compliments. Ill definitely go back again and would highly recommend Frank. Thank you again so much!!!

Frank is lovely! He did a great job working with my hair when I wasnt totally sure what I wanted. Hes very good at what he does and is comfortable to be around, I highly recommend!
