If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been wanting to get my hair done so bad, so I scheduled an appointment months in advance for two days before I move to the east coast. I also scheduled an consultation for a month prior to the balayage, because I wanted to make sure my wishes were heard. First, they cancelled the consultation and told me they would do an online consultation. That worked great for me, however, they never responded. Then, a couple of weeks prior to the second appointment I decided to follow up about my appointment and about the consultation (that was NEVER done). Nobody answered! But they did reach out for me to confirm the appointment. So to my surprise (or not since they have been so unprofessional) they cancelled ny appointment the day before at 9 pm!! I had asked off and all to go to this appointment and their lack of consideration was unbelievable. I do NOT recommend this place. They are extremely unprofessional!

Nelly is the best by leaps and bounds. She is incredibly talented and she brought my frizzy curls back to life! Her attention to detail is unmatched and the salon is beautiful and so welcoming. 5 stars is simply not enough!

Nelly is absolutely amazing! After doing a wonderful job on my 6 year old daughters hair she did my hair for the first time. The balayage color was perfectly toned and exactly what I was looking for. She also cut my hair in just the style I wanted. I am so happy with the results.
