        Absolutely amazing! Magdalena is the best! I told her I wanted to transition to my natural grays and she absolutely nailed it!!! She did the most perfect highlights and the toner couldnt be better. Im so happy with it!! Highly recommend!

        I went in with hair down to my back and when she cut my hair she started with it being dry witch nobody has ever done before i showed her the length I wanted cut and then she did a wash after she already cut the length I wanted off and she just kept making it shorter now my hair is a lil past my shoulders and I wanna cry errytime i look in the mirror because I only wanted a little cut off and it layered.

      Lori, please take it into consideration that u can't have hair that is completely matted and not clean prior to ur color service. I hope this advice will save u some disappointment next time u visit another salon. I'm sorry we had to refuse the service.

      We are sorry that you don't like the length . Just for the audience here I do confirm with the client how much they want off and I did confirm with you as well saying we first will trim it dry and I will clean it even once it's wet, you agreed. You also said you wanted your hair to your shoulders stating you didn't have a haircut for a long time and your hair grows very fast. You also left a tip. You nevermade it sound like u didn't like your haircut and you didn't bring the issue right there that it is too short . Please let me know what can be done to earn your satisfaction and a positive feedback .
