I only trust Rosie to do my cut and color! Ive been going to her for as long as I can remember. Shes honest in her opinion while respecting the cut or color choices that I may think I want. She has never let me down in her work. I highly recommend her! Definitely book ahead as her schedule gets pretty busy!

Rosie is an amazing stylist and I highly recommend her. She's honest when letting me know that the hairstyle or color I found online may not work with my current color or hair texture. For clients who blames the stylists on that after being warned, that's really on them and they shouldn't blame anyone else. Rosie always delivers and exceeds my expectations. I get nothing but compliments on my hair. Even after a long period of time when my color is pretty faded. I recommend you seeing Rosie for your next haircut or color. Do NOT let Rosie process your hair with color! If I could provide zero stars, I would! I came in with natural, non-colored treated hair and requested that Rosie (the salon owner) provide a natural-looking, soft balayage. Rosie promised the balayage would be natural, soft, and include sun-kisses highlights around my face. As you can see in photo #1 I instead got tiger stripes in my hair and bright blonde, thick, non symmetrical chunks in the front. The owner apologized, offered to fix it, and even texted me that she had never had this happen before. I gave her an opportunity to fix it, and she instead turned the front of my hair orange! She once again said she would fix it, but instead stripped my hair, and it is still orange, but now includes blue and a silver color. Remember, my hair was NOT color treated when I went to her. I informed Rosie via text that my hair is ruined and that I will be working with a color educator in Portland to fix my hair. Rosie once again apologized, offered me free product to help. I declined and requested a refund, since she botched my hair. Rosie then declined my refund, changed her tune, and texted that she gave me exactly what I asked for. Lucky for me, consumers have rights, and my bank took care of the situation when I provided proof of photos, text messages, and calls. DO NOT GO TO ROSIE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HAIR RUINED.
