Fred Meyer Grocery Pickup and Delivery

I tried online order and pickup from Fred Meyer. Problems with the app... I chose no substitutions and pickup. the app switched items to delivery if not available so started to fill a delivery cart ugh. Then, iceberg lettuce was changed to leaf, and nappa cabbage to head cabbage. I tried contacting customer care, the AI bot offered a store credit instead of a refund. when I said no, the bot hung up on me. I tried calling again, another queue, a real person offered me two phone numbers, one to discuss how to prevent substitutions and one to get an actual refund. Could not even transfer to other dept. Super cheap bad customer care.. I will not be back

I always pick up my prescriptions here because the pharmacy people have been so nice until this afternoon 12/5/19. A lady by the name of Rosa Maria was incredibly rude. There was line separation between pick up and drop off, I saw her at the drop off computer so I walked up because there wasn't a line. I asked to drop off my prescription, she was rude and told me to wait until she was ready, when she asked for my ID she just said, after being dead silent, "ID". No please or thank you. She then snatched my ID out of my hand, then said it'll be 45 min. Wow, I think I'll shop somewhere else.
