Before moving into our house, we decided it would be a good idea to have the floors refinished. With so many companies out there it was hard to pick. I called this company and had a really informative conversation with Leon. Leon nerded on all things wood floor related, and proved his knowledge of the trade. We had contacted many companies, but being able to talk with Leon sealed the deal. He was able to fit us in on short notice, completed an estimate quickly, show us color options and kept us informed during the entire process. Leon & team did a phenomenal job refinishing our 1950s red oak floors! During the bidding process, Leon stood out as being very knowledgeable and passionate about wood flooring. This is the kind of person you want to take care of your floors! The team refinished an area of approximately 400 square feet with some areas having previous water damage. Leon replaced boards in an area that was obviously patched at some point, but the previous job was not good. We discovered the patch was covering the home's original crawl space.
