If a company won't do the right thing on a small issue, I doubt their integrity on larger issues.
I was driving on I-5 near Woodburn behind a Delta Fire, Inc pickup with a ladder on the roof. A rock fell off the roof and cracked the windshield of my car at eye level. I took down the license plate and reported it to the police. I took photos. I called and emailed the company who passed me on to their insurance adjuster after a couple weeks.
The adjuster insinuated that I filed a false police report and refused to cover my claim. I paid $634.47 to replace the windshield. I sent a copy of the bill to Delta Fire, Inc. and they still refuse to compensate me.
