Owners gave a estimate of $100 then sent me the bill for over $300. The person who came to my house never even took out their tool belt was there for Less then 30 minutes and used the parts at my house and not new parts. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the billing department at this facility. The person who came out and did the work was professional though just expect to pay three times what they estimate you

As a professional at a Design/Build firm, you would think we would get a call back from this company to do business, but we've left messages and with and sent emails to Ryan over the course of a month (since 12/7 and it is now 1/11). My coordinator did get him on the phone once and he said he would take a look at the job and get back to us, but we have heard absolutely nothing. Such a disappointment. I recommend looking elsewhere if you need fire protection or sprinkler services.
