Had a misinformed diagnosis on a roof. Tried to explain that it was just replaced. They said all damages were old. Two engineers later, I had to replace the roof and ventilation repair. Called them to remediate the mold in an attic in an attempt to use them again. They sent out someone who was unable to go into the attic to bid the job. Unable to estimate the job he was sent to estimate! Still no bid and still a moldy attic! No pride in service or workmanship! Go elsewhere

I use Kennedy Restoration all the time for the properties I manage and they continue to amaze me. I will get calls late in the day for a biohazard issue and they will be out. Most recently at 4:30 p.m.! When you manage as many properties as I do and as my company does, it is crucial that this issue be corrected immediately. Tysen Bodewig especially needs to be highlighted as one of their rock stars. Thanks, you guys, for making my life easier.

We recently lost everything in our house to a fire, including our beloved pets. Thor, Charley and Gabriel from Kennedy were brought out by the fire dept to board up the house. They went above and beyond by helping us with coveralls/nitrile gloves/masks so we could enter the building, as well as were so thoughtful and kind in helping to connect us with cremation services for the pets. Throughout the stages of the restoration project, the team at Kennedy was respectful, thoughtful and kind. "V" was wonderful in helping us to locate our sentimental items we wanted to attempt to salvage, and the team was so wonderful walking us through what the steps were. They were pro-active in follow up and amazingly gracious when we had to go another way because of insurance coverage. Would recommend their team for ANY job you have!
