Surebuild stepped in after water damage in our home and helped us to navigate all the challenges and unknown surrounding an insurance claim. The team was kind and attentive to our needs form the beginning. When something did not go as planned or did not meet our expectations, the team listened, and advocated on our behalf, certain to make things right! We are thankful for their leadership and support. Very professional and close follow up. Was impressed from the start. Came to home to mitigate leak right away. There were some minor painting issues that we were ok with but not happy about. Company came back again and fixed the problem. Great communication. Very professional work while keeping costs reasonable.

The whole team was well managed, cooperative, experienced in the best way possible, and very coordinated, giving us amazing and high quality results. Hands down the best choice for mitigation and repair. The quality and service that I received is beyond words. Every person handled my case with care and took all of the hassle from my hands. They were able to communicate and negotiate with the insurance company and nearly tripled my initial claim amount (thats right 3x what they originally gave to me for the loss) to ensure I received the true value and cost of what it took to restore my home.
