Great contracting company with great benefits for a contractor- health/vision/dental insurance, 401k match. No PTO/ paid holidays but if you work hard and prove your value you will get a full time offer fast. I got an offer before my 6 month contract ended. Kind and professional staff. Would recommend to anyone seeking a good contractor role as a stepping stone to full time.

I recently lost my job in August 2023, and then one day shortly after I get a call from CDW (IGNW), and this recruiter tells me he has a great temporary contract making more money than I did before, doing easier work, and I can start in a few days. No need to jump through a million hoops, simple as that. My contract was extended a few times (recently ended, unfortunately), but every single person I've been in contact with over at CDW/IGNW has been AMAZING. Everyone is quick to address my concerns or needs, super polite and helpful, and they have been very transparent with me about what was going on with each of my contract extensions. They could have just left me in the dark and let it end when it did, but that's not how this team operates. I've worked with many temp agencies in my time, and in the last few year spoken and dealt with many recruiters as I was looking for a new job already, but the team over at CDW/IGNW has been the best BY FAR.
