Dr Diaz and staff were amazing!! So kind and helped me understand my options. Going over the pros and cons in a way that helped me feel comfortable with my decision making. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you for putting me at ease and taking such great care of my cat. He needed a loving hand and that what he got!!

A heartfelt thank you to the person I spoke with on Saturday, March 23, 2024. I had been calling different places for 45 minutes trying to find an emergency vet that could stitch my 2-year old German Shepherds paw. Although your office was unable to see us, you were the first person to offer me an emailed list of local ER/Urgent Care facilities. That simple action (which I received before I even hung up the phone) helped me find the help I needed with the very next phone call! I wish that I had asked for your name, but thank you very much! It showed me that you care about our four-legged family members getting the care that they need!!

They fit me in a same day appointment. The staff was extremely compassionate and helpful. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with information while walking me through different possibilities. A 5/5 experience. Thanks everyone

They don't provide emergency care, but I didn't know that when I walked in. They took my dog back for a quick assessment anyway to determine whether he needed emergency help and said they could facilitate a transfer if it was needed. I really appreciate their kindness, they really set me at ease.

I was looking for an urgent care vet (not an emergency vet) when I noticed that my dog's eye was very red and inflamed. Unfortunately, my regular vet could not see us for another 5 days. I called Sadie Vet on a Sunday morning to see if they had availability, and luckily they had an opening! Everybody, from front desk person, to the vet tech, to the vet, was extremely nice and caring. The waiting area and exam rooms are really modern and clean. After examining my dog, it turns out he has conjunctivitis, so we got prescription eye drops. The fees were extremely reasonable. I'm so happy I found Sadie Vet as an option for urgent vet care!
