My boyfriend and I came to rite aid to return cans and he was told after waiting for 45 minutes,while they helped 12 other people, that he needed to take his cans back out of the bins and leave..... Because, "they smell like fish". Impossible! We just bagged them up. We did have some energy drinks that exploded that might of had a citrus like oder. When the employee told him to "get his cans and leave" he told them "no, if you want to gather them, you can but Im not." And he then left the store without getting any money. It took over 45minutes for this to happen. Would have been nice for them to tell him when he first got there. We will NOT be returning to that store. Oh and let's not forget the line of homeless people that is outside the front door and the parking lot was full of trash!

chronically understaffed, today was one of the worst experiences I have had there, used the amazon locker and decided to pick up a 6 pack of beer, waited in a long line only to be told by the woman behind the counter that she wasn't qualified to sell alcohol and she would get someone else, instead she just started checking out the next person and was then on to the person after that with me just still standing there. I am surprised they don't have a massive theft problem as they appeared to have one employee working in the entire store and they didn't seem to care much.

Pharmacy continues to be understaffed. Automated phone system for filling refills is very antiquated. You can state when you need your prescription, but when you call the store to check on the status of your refill you are required to speak to an associate in the pharmacy. That is impossible because the phone call is never answered. (No matter what time you call. I can only imagine how difficult it is for a doctor's office.) The entrance of the store is dirty and the floors in the pharmacy waiting area was dirty. The items I need to shop for in the store were not stocked. Is this store closing???

They got lazy decided work was not important. Customers meds getting to them definitely not important. So I left this Rite Aid.
