I need to update my 5-star review to a 10 star review. The team at Howliday Inn are exceptional. We have always been a little weary of taking our dog to daycares as we are first time dog owners. The crew here have gone above and beyond making us comfortable taking our Aspen here. In my opinion, the facility is tremendous, the staff is friendly, the instagram is wonderful. But, the thing for me that sends the Howliday Inn over the top is the FEEDBACK that we get when we pick our doggo up. Getting to hear how stimulated and wild he was in the beginning to now getting to play in the big pen with all the dogs is monumental in our dog's journey. My wife and I are elated to be apart of the pack here!

Everyone was very nice and helpful, even reaching out to me beyond your basic customer service. This place does seem great for your typical 20+ pound dog. We took our little 10 pound chihuahua mutt there, and she had barked herself hoarse by time we got back a few days later, and took a couple days to recover, makes me think she didn't get the same attention a larger dog gets there. Just doesn't seem like they cater to that type of dog, which is fine, I just wish I'd known beforehand. I'd still take my larger social dog there.
