Response and creative with problem solving and working through the obstacles that always appear when one is working with city landuse and planning departments. We moved into a new Westwood Home in October of 2020, and we have been very happy with our purchase. We worked with Lindsay and Allison on the upgrades, and they were responsive and accommodating throughout the process. 2 years into living in our new home, we are happy to say that we love our home more now than when we first moved in. I am a person that is particular about quality, and these days that is hard to find. With a lot of experience in the construction industry, I am constantly baffled by the quality I see. West Wood Homes has that figured out. Highly recommend using them has a builder.

Happy customer. We bought a new construction home from Westwood and were very happy with the home. Overall they used great subcontractors and those who werent they no longer are working with. With all new home there are going to be some minor issues but they were responsive. Allison was our contact there and she was always very helpful. She was reliable and accountable.

We live next to one of their developments. Not only was the owner really unprofessional and rude but about 50% of their contractors are too. They also work before and past the allowed hours of work and they also work Sundays when there is no construction allowed.
