My wife and I have had the chance to work with Erik Meyer number of times over the years both buying and selling properties. He really knows the market and loves chatting long term, real estate investment strategies so we get along great. The Portland market is competitive, so you want someone that's working for you and thinks outside the box to give you that advantage and sees the deals first. He and his team are really amazing work with through the contract agreement, inspection and final closing details, always being very proactive and very hands on. Erik always comes with a plan and executes it! We will definitely use Erik Meyer and Opal Archer again in the future and have referred friends to Him.
