        Spoke with Anna Lopez, NM Regional Manager of PacifiCap Management, Inc. in Albuquerque to schedule a time to view an apartment at El Vado. Arrived at location at arranged time and place, but was met by Natalia, leasing agent, who rudely turned us away. We told her we had a scheduled time and want to see the property, but she replied, "sorry, you're having a bad day." Worst customer service and don't recommend if employees are unwilling to assist or show up to scheduled viewings.
