This location is always busy when I am here. It can feel as though they are understaffed with the line always at the door and beyond but the staff maintains their cool under pressure. They are one of the few Pandas that keep ahead of the food being depleted from the pans.

This location is in desperate need of more staff and an attitude adjustment. A year ago, I started visiting this location because I moved into the neighborhood. There were peak times where it was busy, but staff would always greet me when I entered and let me know they would be with me shortly.
Recently, in the past month or two- all the staff look miserable there. They hsve frowns, and dont greet or thank their customers.
The wait times have grown as well, Ive ordered online for pick up and have had to wait sometimes 15 minutes after the estimated time the meal would be ready. Other times Ive tried going in to order. Today I attempted to order in person and stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being greeted. The staff didnt seem organized and were bickering amongst themselves about a big online order (Panda Express corporate should really think about having a dedicated line to service only online orders).
I would have been gine waiting had I been greeted or met with a smile, but it felt like this business did not want my money or patronage.
I wish the could bring their services levels back to where they were a year ago.
