    Staff was technically proficient, although less than professional. I had an older phone, so it took a looooong time to transfer data from my old device to the new one (over two hours!) I was beginning to feel quite ill and asked if I could use the bathroom on an urgent basis. They sent me to Starbucks.

    Shipping store and disgusting employees! We ordered a new iPhone 15 and paid for it before February 14th. We explained to the first employee 15 times what we needed, they told us everything we DONT NEED. Then about 2 weeks passed, when they promised me the phone would arrive in less than a week. We came to figure out what the problem was, but they couldnt help us because they said it was the deliverys fault. They cannot order their own at the branch, and it would be more convenient for us to come and change it on the spot, like in another normal store, but this is not available here. Besides the fact that we pay Verizen for our tariff, which is worse than T-Mobile, but the only reason I havent switched yet is the contract. But as soon as it ends soon, Ill switch to T-Mobile. And I don't recommend this to anyone! If you need quality service and a solution to all your requests, then DO NOT GO HERE!! They wont help you here, theyll just write off your money, wont be able to return anything, and will blame everyone except themselves!!
