Pro Photo Supply

I used to love the service here, but a recent experience shopping for a new, used camera changed my mind. I was told I shouldn't be looking at DLSR camera as a back up camera, and I needed to buy new. The person was direct, firm and unwilling to let the salesperson I was working with show me used cameras. I felt unvalued as a customer and spoke to as if I didn't know everything was changing to mirrorless. I am completely aware and have been shooting since the 80's. Thank you for making me a loyal B & H shopper. Portland has lost so much these last few years. In reply: I was never shown a camera, nor was I given a chance to see one. I was not looking for a specific camera but did want a Canon, an inexpensive backup camera. I could see 3 in the case. My sales rep was never given the opportunity to show me a camera. Someone else spoke over him while they had a customer. Your reply was disappointing and misleading.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and seem to enjoy their jobs. From now on I will always check here before I spend my money anywhere else.

I wasted my time going to Best Buy, twice, then i made the right choice and went to Pro Photo Supply. I made it out of there with exactly what i needed, thank you!

Love these guys! If they dont have it they will get it or help you find it! Super knowledgeable and they are my go to and have been for years. They change with whats current. Lots of video and lighting as well as cameras! Huge shout out to Dan! He was so helpful today! This update is as always a win at Pro Photo Supply! I really needed to talk through what I needed with people that get and did Dan get it! Huge home run with customer service and knowledge!!! I never shop anywhere else for camera/video equipment!

I never go anywhere else but Pro Photo Supply! Dan was marvelous today and made it all happen. Great conversation and knowledge about tech and needs! I was able to make a great decision for my business based on Dans insight and hands on usage. He went above and beyond today and I appreciate it so much! We never shop anywhere else but its so nice to be reminded why I love this place!!!
