I love getting my hair done at Queendom Cuts! One stop shop. I can get my cut, retwist, and style and be on my way. LaSheera always does a great job. Friendly environment and very fairly priced for her level of expertise.

On 12/22/23 I contacted this shop a little after 12 PM and scheduled an appointment for 5 PM. I show up at 5:03 PM. The barber tells me hes behind, I see a kid in his chair so Im thinking itll be about a short wait. Nope, he finishes the kids hair, and starts on kids fathers hair. The barber made me wait over an hour DURING CHRISTMAS WEEKEND. Instead of properly informing of the wait time, giving me the option make use of my time or come back. Communication was poor, there was no remorse for wasting my time, AND HE KEPT MY CHANGE LOL. I was already extremely pissed and felt like me mentioning my change wouldve brought about conflict. This is my last attempt at trying to support black owned businesses in the Pacific-Northwest. We must do better by and for us. Especially in places and spaces like Oregon.
