        Best haircut I've had since moving to Portland 9 years ago. This was the first time going to Rough Cut. Totally delighted with my haircut from Cade. I'll be back!

        Finding someone who knows how to cut hair is easier said then done . Price experience and location are what I desire. I moved back to Portland last year and I originally I checked Rough Cut .but at the time it seemed that there price was more then I wanted to pay . So I settled for someplace else. Well I had to make a change and I Rough cut was a 7 minute walk from my new place . And my first Cut at Rough Cut was Awesome . THE OWNER was professional and I felt at ease and she cut my hair and I am happy I went and tried there services. The price was basically the same as the other barber. I will be going back
