Called with an issue on my account Angelica proceeded to tell me she wasnt going to explain what I misunderstood and implied that I was too dumb to understand. Got into contact with the manager and expressed my grievances only to be told he wasnt there to take sides and was pretty much blamed for my issues and the rude customer service I received.

I went to the bank today to get my temporary debit card and was waiting for 15 minutes. Another guy came after me , didn't wait for more than 5 minutes and Ali Amanzadeh, the banker called the guy to help him! I said I've been here before him, but he totally ignored me as I was invisible I'm very upset with this guy he's very rude with no customer service skills and he didn't even apologize for not serving me first! By the way this is the second time that he acted this way, very rude and unprofessional banker.
