        HIGHWAY ROBBERS! DO NOT OPEN UP AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK AS THERE ARE NUMEROUS UNHAPPY CLIENTS DUE TO THEIR NEW POLICY ON OVERDRAFT CHARGES. WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED OVER 50 OVERDRAFT FEES DUE TO THEIR POLICIES CHANGING AS TO WHEN THE DEPOSITS GO IN AND WITHDRAWALS COME OUT. THE WORST BANK IN THE COUNTRY!!!! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

        Much better than KeyBank, which is also located in downtown Portland, Oregon. I have located a few different branches or locations of Umpqua Bank that are in different various locations in and around Portland, Oregon. For a few years pre Pandemic... my small business account was with a different branch or location of Umpqua Bank. Bring your best friend with you to this location... especially if that person (your best friend... or BFF) likes to people watch. There were a few other people who were banking at this location who didn't bring the required documents with them so I had a shorter than average wait time before I was able to get funds to pay for my darling Husband's hot Chai. I decided to save myself some moolah and make my husband's hot Chai at my condominium. Besides,... who wants to spend all that time in the lobby of a bank... I know I'd rather be in the forest on the trail.
