TONY... the branch manager is the best bank manager i ever met in my 15 years business experience. Very helpful. Strongly recommend this branch for all the banking needs. Everytime i need to go branch i prefer drive 5 miles from my business to come into this branch. People working here is a great team.

This is the worst fucking bank , I've already had up to four different times where I've had to put a stop to payments and am being charged money after being told I would not be charged a fee , I would advice not going to set up with key bank all they will do is fuck you over  in fees and refuse to give you your money back . Nothing against this specific KeyBank I'm just talking about KeyBank in general.

I'm so glad I no longer use Key Bank. I quit several years ago when they refused to reimburse my nonprofit partner for a fraudulent charge on our shared debit card. Now they happen to be in St. Johns on the same street as my rental property, so I'm organizing a cleanup day, and have tried for a week to talk to a manager. First, I left a message (they also said they could not tell me the name of the manager because they weren't allowed to give it out!). Then after a couple days of waiting for a call back, I went into the branch, and was told to "have a seat" when I tried to go up to the only open teller window. There was already a customer seated and waiting (4 closed windows)! One person was helping someone in a separate office. I waited, then gave up. After all, I was trying to help THEM keep their parking lot looking nice! We have trouble with homeless people bringing cards full of garbage, etc. The cleanup would definitely be good for business, and they need all the help they can get!I think no one wants to work there, and people who do have no customer service skills.
