Steve's Imports

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Steve Imports. They done a great job diagnosing issues and explaining options - which is especially helpful given the old Volvo V70 wagon. Recently they went *way above* in helping replace two failed brake and running light bulbs. What is normally an easy task instead required two of their staff and more than a half-hour of fighting because of the car's difficult/poor part design, but in the end they got it - and wouldn't accept any payment and not even a tip in appreciation! I'm so impressed.

Got my DEQ test done here and it took less than 5 minutes, only costs $5, and the service person, Josh, was very friendly and helpful.

These guys did quality work! In and out for DEQ too, conveniently scheduled and didnt drag out the appointment like you could expect from some mechanics. They run a neat operation here.

Called to make an appointment for my DEQ service and first impression over the phone was amazing! They made scheduling really seamless and when I arrived the next day, the staff was extremely nice, informative, thorough, and personable. I always dread getting these type of errands done since it's a chore, but they made my experience extremely satisfying. I also very rarely write reviews but had to give this shop 5 stars. Great work y'all! :)
