        Very negative experience. Volvo Needed window for a car show was told by Theresa it was in stock, available next day late afternoon at the latest, then Theresa called and said it wasn't available until Monday (short handled). I received a call Monday morning it was ready. Drive 45 mins and what was waiting for me was the complete wrong one. Called Theresa back to let her now and ask why or how this happen. She hung up on me. Took NO responsibility. If you can avoid lkq please do. Worst company in Portland. I also have it received my refund.

        Was Sold the wrong product. Then had to eat 50 bucks when returned. Id say make sure you double check when ordering but doesnt make a difference. Scaming at its finest
