Came here after getting rear ended. Read solid reviews and had a personal recommendation. There were some issues and my car did have to be brought in more than once to get it completely done. But the staff was friendly and eventually everything was taken care of. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

i think this is the best experience i had for a long time great customer service and the professionalism are in the top. i want to say thank you to Michelle she always answer my phone call and always friendly and right away i get all the answer i need to know. then Kyle this gentlemen who work on my car. He is awesome i get a text and email daily to update about my car and what they are doing with it, i think that is the coolest thing and i actually appreciate that update and i hope other shop do that so you don't worry about your car at all. i got my car back yesterday it's like brand new and I'm so happy. i highly recommend Classic Collision for repair. The repair is taking a while. Which is ok, but the body shop didnt contact me to let me know it would take longer. I dont care how long it takes. I just dont think its right to not communicate it with the customer. Especially since they said 5 days and we are going onto 2 weeks. Bad customer service. Service: Body & Trim
