The team here is really wonderful! They dealt with my insurance claim easily and were very communicative during the process. It was quite fast as well considering the amount of work that needed to be done. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I've brought my car here twice due to two separate auto accidents (neither my fault!!). Tran's did an excellent job both times, they went above and beyond both times! The first time I chose them because they were on my insurance's provider list and had good online reviews (I researched). The second time they were not on my insurance's list but I specifically requested them and was allowed to use them. I asked why they weren't on the list anymore and the agent said it was simply due to over-saturation of shops in that area ... but she also said that another customer had requested them that same day, and had also given great feedback about Tran's. I told the agent they should put them back on the list, but actually, I am sure this shop does well either way, because they do great work and word of mouth means something :) I will come here again if needed.
