Worst experience of my life. Basically called us a liar when they didnt even call us. The receptionist said her colleagues would never lie and put a fake report about having called and left a voicemail. They dont know how to do their job. They proudly claim having so many years of experience yet cant even do their jobs right. The receptionist said sounds like youre blaming us for your mistake. Of course I am if youre lying. I can contact my phone company to give me MY call history and rub it in your faces. Please teach your employees better customer service skills. I want to give 0 stars but dont have the option. Be thankful for this one star.

Staff is friendly and the lobby is clean. My car was repaired and the service guy stayed late to wait for me to get there after 5 very appreciated.

So my truck got side swiped hit run on black Friday .so I stopped in to get estimates showed the guy scratches deep both driver side doors and some on bed from the debris hitting me .I figured not much in repairs but they call me telling me including replacing driver door mirror $364 saying everything else will buff out I said wrong .went a real shop they printed estimate of $2800 so obviously someone has no idea what day it is but the other ins already approved estimate from second shop
