        While I have used FIX for auto body repair services for many years, and as a mechanical shop owner ( we don't do body work), I have refered many to FIX for auto body repair, I was less than impressed this visit. I was presented with a vehicle not repaired properly, it was more than obvious the alignment of my front bumper was terrible, and the vehicle should never have been delivered that way. That said, they were quick to take it back and make the necessary adjustments. They have always done excellent repair in the past, so this was a surprise. I was also not happy with the push back I received from Chad. This cost me additional expense for transportation. Service: Body & Trim
