        As I consider a relocation to Portland and tour my next urban apartment home, NV looked big and modern from the website and street view. What I found was a beautiful, clean, and exceptionally professional team starting with friendly Andrea. I chose the self-guided tour to really experience the apartments I was considering and see the community amenities at my own pace. I met happy residents, love the large fitness space with so many machine choices, yoga space, outdoor spaces with grassy rooftops. I saw the maintenance walking the areas to make sure they were in tip top shape with their uniforms on and friendly. The security is a priority with keyed access control, views from every apartment are spectacular, and quiet. Once I make my decision I will post another review. But, NV is at the top of my list of north Pearl area choices.

        Overall Good experience living at NV. Management and Staff are excellent. Building and huge Lobby are beautiful. All amenity areas are comfortable and clean. I would say that Security could be better,especially overnight Security.
