    Very disappointed that my car was vandalized by a resident over the shared utility bill, that the management knew about this and did not tell me that the resident had vandalized my car for this reason. $5,000 in damages. Further disappointed that the management failed to supply electrical outlet (which was conditional on my renting) when I attempted to change garages. Current parking at the complex is unacceptable/defective as the building design damages vehicles parked under deck/patios. Management cares a lot about their property but could give a #### about your property. It appears (that possibly a former resident) agrees with this assessment and has multiple times vandalized the apartment complex. My brand new $75,000 car was vandalized and towed due to management neglect to follow reasonable procedures around parking. 4 months on and no improvement: Lease renewal cost me over $800 more than other residents. This place is over priced and management is psychotically fixated on ripping off residents. Springville Oakes sucks. Why would you want me to write a review? My property has been vandalized by other residents upset about the utility share, Springville Oaks management knew about it and provided cover for the other resident costing me $7,000. Last night, someone moved out of their apartment in the middle of the night and I could here furniture being moved down stairs up util past midnight. Residents hate this place, it's draconian. Management is the worst and plays with lease renewals in a moronic, chaotic and psychotic degree. As a ground floor resident, I've born the brunt of unhappy residents/former residents smearing poop on the front entry (Thanksgiving) and breaking windows (New Years). Management lies, decieves and misrepresents. It's ridiculous. Last week (June 2023) I had tools stolen out of my garage. My car (a Tesla with Sentry Mode active) was parked in front of the garage door so thieves had to have come through the apartment building and had a key to my garage. Management/Maintenance is the only people who have keys to the internal garage door unless Management screwed up!

    I only wish I would have read through all the reviews for this property before moving here... It is unanimous as to what my complaints based on what I have read thus far. Interior wise, yes the apartments are nice - that being said you can purchase a larger square footage home for less than what I pay in rent. What you pay in rent does not compensate for the experience of living here. The 2 amenities (gym & pool - NO hot tub) are at a different property you have to drive to. Then my 16 year old daughter tried to use the gym but unable to get in because their equipment was not working (key fob) asked nicely to be let in and was turned away because she was not on the lease. However, I have a copy of my lease clearly listing her as a resident. There is no parking available at all here unless you pay extra for a space that rarely become available. So unless you are wanting to pay over $2500 every month to have a place to sleep STAY FAR AWAY!!
