Worst renting experience of my life. Since Styl starting managing the building, its been terrible. Lived here two years and being forced out by poor management. (1) They failed to repair an essential service in a reasonable time and I had to threaten legal action to get my heat repaired. (2) Only one of two elevators is currently functionalits been this way for more than two weeks. (3) Garage door has been broken on and off for months. (4) My vehicle has been broken into twice in the last six months while parked in the garage. (5) Management moves delivered packages, resulting in missing/returned items. (6) Communication is bad, responses are slow if given at all. (7) Insisted on raising rent 7% despite repeated complaints of these issues. Recommend avoiding. Update: Notice they have no response to the issues noted above. They offered to provide a revised lease renewal if I rescinded my move out notice; they offered the same 7% increase.

The price increased several hundred dollars from what they advertised online. It's bordering on deceitful.

I want to remark that after STYL taking over greystar, we are doing so much better. First of Matt had been a wonderful and caring property manager, property can still improve but they've been working on bringing tenants together again as a community please keep the good work.

I've been ast Asa for about 7 years. It used to be really great with a cool community vibe. Then, a new management company took over. Ever since there's been loads of turnover in the leasing office. No more events. No summer cookout. No daily happy hour. Not a single Halloween decoration or even a piece of candy for the kids. Maintenance staff is quite good, but many of my neighbors are moving out -- rent keeps going up and I'm not sure it's worth it any longer. What a pity. I do hope the management takes action.
