Tupelo Alley

Moved in towards the end of 2020 and enjoyed my stay here until early 2023! I would have extended my stay but needed to move for personal/family reasons. The location here is great and staff is super friendly! I felt like I got a good deal because I lived in the B building and was able to get a one bedroom apartment on the top floor (third). My experience with staff was amazing from the start, especially with Armando and Zoila who were always so helpful with anything that I needed and were always such friendly faces to see around the building. Management was also great. If I ever had any questions, Samantha either answered right away or I would get an email within a few hours. I do know some neighbors had car breakins with either parking their car outside or in the garage. I did not have those issues but always noticed a ton of glass and never left anything in my car. Overall the building was great, neighbors are super nice and you can't really beat that location either.

I lived in Tupelo Alley for slightly over two and half years, basically during 2/3 of my stay at Portland. The location is very convenient: for driving, it is easy to get on the highway; for public transport, it is walkable distance to Max Yellow Line which I took everyday to work before the pandemic. The neighborhood is overall nice and safe, and I took many walks around it after dinner. However, I have to say there are a few specific areas nearby that are easy to tell to be not good. This apartment complex is well maintained and clean. The maintenance team and leasing office staff are great and friendly. They are always reachable and responsive, even after I left. In my case, my deposit refund expired, and after many months I reached out to the office and Samantha helped me out. I parked along the street during my whole stay. I always emptied my car, and thus never had an issue of window breaking, etc. Overall I feel this is a great place to stay.

Excellent location and the apartments are beautiful. They are very pet friendly as well. Cynthia, the sales associate, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make the experience positive.

Tupelo has been my home for a year and a half now and I am happy to call it home! The staff have always been attentive to their residents in multiple ways. Not to name favorites BUT Armando from maintenance is my absolute favorite. He probably thinks I break stuff just to hang out. We always have friendly chatter in passing which makes it feel even more like home. Always a smile and a joke while hes busy working with extreme attention and skill. Im happy to call him a part of my Tupelo family!

The team at Tupelo is great. Samantha and Cynthia in the leasing office are super friendly, and have helped me countless times. And Armando, Mikhail, and Zoila on the maintenance staff respond quickly to work orders, and keep the place incredibly clean.
