Modera Morrison

This place is an amazing place to live! Its brand new, they have great amenities and I always felt totally safe walking around late at night down in the parking garage. The staff is superb, always responded to anything we needed within 24 hours, and hosted fun social events so tenants could meet each other. Its walking distance to lots of food, Market of Choice Market, and great views of the city, (sunsets and New Years Eve! See pics!!) depending on where your apartment is!! Check it out!!! :-)

We moved into Modera Morrison almost 8 month ago. And we absolutely love it. Great location, beautiful design , clean , quiet, super comfortable and safe. Apartments very well equipped with great appliances. All amenities like gym, rooftop , club room, GearBox library are beyond expectations . The leasing team is unbelievably nice, very humane and professional . And maintenance too. Thank you Ashley, Maliena, Mackenzie and Jon for holding our hands from the very fist day, answering our million questions , fixing, supporting and listening. and always smiling. Thank you for your patience and for always been here to help!

Excellent moving in experience and marvelous community. John (maintenance) was immediately helpful and resolved a small issue in the unit. Maliena made a pretty hairy move smoothly. Mackenzie went out of her way to show me how stuff works everywhere. Everyone has been great and the building in exemplary shape and location. Bravo!

I moved in Christmas week and I have to say my experience here has been wonderful. The leasing staff is amazing and so is maintenance! I came in with no tour booked in a pinch and leasing staff made a list of units in my price range and we were on our way. By the end of the tour I had applied for the unit I wanted. They even assigned me to a nice spacious parking spot as my vehicle is a bit bulky! Maintenance is also great! When I moved I had issues with my dryer being a bit loud and taking some time to dry. When I asked them about this I had a new dryer in my unit within hours of the request being sent. The gym is also SO fancy! I was able to cancel my membership cause they included even more things that apartments never have so this is a huge deal as that savings adds up. LIVE HERE!!!
