        We were sick for months because the property manager refused to believe that our mold was as bad as we told her. Then she assured us that we would receive 90% of our deposit back during our walk through, only to find now that we are being charged for things she explicitly told us we wouldn't be. Very shady and unprofessional. PS "everyone who lives here for very long just buys big dehumidifiers" is not a solution to a mold epidemic.

        Enough black mold to make you sick, and a property manager who ignores your calls and pretends she never got your maintenance requests. Don't count on getting any of your deposit back, even if Linda, the incompetent property manager, gives you a 100% on the walk-through. Stay as far away as you can from Linda and this dump.
