        I usually do not leave reviews but I really loved my tour here. I am the kind of person who thoroughly researches and inspects companies before making any kind of decision, let alone contractual living decisions. The leasing agent was so pleasant, patient, and kind. He was very helpful and offered alot of tips and information beyond his scope as a guide. I was really charmed by how thorough he was and how many options he gave me. He wasn't in a rush and my questions did not annoy him (which sometimes I ask alot of questions as a test to see how genuine companies are about customer satisfaction and going the extra mile). The building is in a very nice location and the apartments looked better in person than they did online (which they already looked really good). Ask for Alex Cohn he really made my experience 5 stars

        Great place, friendly people, and walls and floors must be 30 feet thick, because it's so quiet. Every once in a while I'll be *aware* that there's a dog running around upstairs, but only barely. Good kitchen, good water pressure, good heat and AC, good washer/dryer/stove/dishwasher. No complaints at all.

        Great apartment with Amazing city skyline view!! Love the social room for fire pit times and a game of pool. Office staff is always so helpful and friendly. Love all the pubs that are staggering distance away.

        Modera Buckman is a fantastic place to live! This area is the perfect little spot too, it's just past the chaos of Belmont and sits right on the outskirts of the residential blocks after 12th Ave. So you get the convenience of being able to walk to all the local spots (especially being next door to market of choice) while enjoying the quiet seclusion around the corner of Belmont/12th. Also the amenities here are incredible, most importantly the views from both of the rooftop lounges. 10/10 would recommend, and I don't plan on moving out of this community for as long as possible.
