my child lives here and this is the second time this month ive been told there are break ins to vehicles in the garage. there has been no communication from the property owners about what they are doing regarding these break ins. the kids should not have to pay $90 monthly to have their vehicles broken into. at this point, its cheaper to try your chances with street parking as the cars in the garage are no safer inside than they are parked outside. im sad to hear there has been zero communication from the property addressing this issue. this does not give me or my child peace of mind.

The leasing staff is garbage, and they are often incapable of doing their jobs. Nor are they particularly willing to do their jobs. The building manager is a snake. Who tried to use my deposit to pay for a month of rent. That I didn't even owe them. It is nearly impossible to reach them in person. Because they purposely make it difficult. Avoid at all costs.

My son lives in these apartments and beside the rent, he pays $90 per month to park his car in the garage of the building, supposedly safe. Well this weekend there was a break in and vandalized his car parked in THIS garage. They broke the window, took out the seats, broke the console. The car doesn't work, it doesn't turn on the engine!!! They checked every corner of the car and threw away all the documents (car registration and insurance). And it wasn't the only car that suffered this vandalization (how long does it take to do all this damage to several cars? ... half an hour? ... an hour? ...) and it's not the first time it's happened !!! I see a comment from a month ago and what the administration of the building have done to avoid this? ... NOTHING !!! At that time the answer was that they were increasing the number of patrols and please dont hesitate to call to talk about the measures that were being taken . Seriously ???? Did you take action a month ago?? and the robberies and vandalizations of the cars parked in your garage continue ??? And on the phone number they give to call, only a recorder answers, apologizing and asking to send an email if you need to contact them. Is this serious??!! Is this responsible??!! It's professional??!!! All the answers give me NO. Serious and responsible solutions are needed !!! How many more vandalized cars will have to wait?!! Are there cameras? Do they work? Are there alarms? Do they work? ... With the almost $1000 that each STUDENT pays per year to park in a SAFE garage a security guard could not be hired at night ? Are this building going to take actions and responsibility ? Please I want to hear what are the measures you are going to take NOW
