This clinic has been spiraling for months. They have had staffing problems for more than a year, have a revolving door of nurses and other employees with no consistent service. The hours have been increasingly limited for shots and appointments. There are fewer and fewer open days and appointment options, and less flexibility for patients. They have recently withdrawn from their Gresham location and downgraded their facility to a dump of a building down on 104th in Portland where patients have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke and sketchy people to get there. Patients have to drive much farther for lower standard treatment. The lobby is crowded with insufficient seating for patients. The receptionist is kind and courteous but that kind of interaction ceases as soon as you step into the back. The nurses are hurried and harassed. Twice now they have asked us to sign the same form, and then I had argue with the nurse that he did indeed get his shot the month before because they did not note it in his file. They charge doctor fees for assistant visits. The doctor is hard to reach for patients, and negative inter-staff interactions are often within earshot of patients which is extremely unprofessional.

Terrible experience all around. Firstly, it takes FOREVER to get an appointment. Then, the allergy doc does a terrible job of explaining how often/how many shots you need before you get to maintenance when you only go in once a month. Spoiler alert: you need A LOT of shots to get to a maintenance level & you have to spend like 30min in the office to be monitored after each shot. So, even if you do a rush visit (where they poke you with multiple shots in one visit) youll be spending the better part of your day in the office. In addition to all of that, the front desk is a mess. No one calls in prescriptions like theyre supposed to and they do not follow up on promises to get back with answers to questions. If you have the option to go elsewhere, do it. This place is a complete disaster.
