Timberview Apartments

The staff is helpful and polite and the apartments are newer and in pretty good condition, but the parking situation is atrocious. If you are an individual with one car and do not plan on having friends over at any time then this complex would be great for you. However if you have multiple vehicles or plan on having guests there will be no parking available outside of the hours of 12-4pm on weekdays and pretty much no free parking on weekends. The only alternative offered from management is the option to buy or waitlist an additional reserved parking spot. Its a shame that such a nice, new apartment complex is ruined by poor planning and lack of infrastructure.

These apartments have been some of the best Ive lived. The staff have been nothing but the best. They always reach out to make sure the tenants are okay. And then never hesitate to update us with information.

While the apartments are newer, we have had ongoing issues with parking and noise complaints since arrival. Noise complaints have been reported to management for over 5 months now and their response has been this needs to be caught on camera or else they are unable to follow through with the complaints. Parking has also been an ongoing issue with not enough parking spots to support the number of units. Staff have also expressed frustration with limited parking and management is unable to provide any information regarding where tenants (or guests) can park once street spots are fully taken by 3pm each day. If you drive by this apartment complex you will see for yourself cars parked in unmarked spots to try and accommodate, but they are regularly ticketed. Would highly advise considering these concerns before making Timberview your home.
