        The building is completely rotten. We have to perform arduous physical labor every couple of months to accommodate the same bandaid (construction work) over osteoporosis. The managers keep quitting because as soon as they get the ball rolling on fixing things they are stopped, new large projects arise, AND they are not permitted to follow through on the promises they make to fix major habitability issues. To make matters worse, they keep security deposits and charge for all kinds of work when people finally get out from under this slum. NEVER actually fixing anything and pocketing the money for investors. Whoever owns this place has some really nasty karma on their bloodline for sure.
