I would give her a -100 if it was a possible rating. Nancy Anthony is nothing but a lying crook. I purchased a property through her to which she acted as the buying and selling agent. I found out after I purchased the property that she had lied to me about the property future use. The well and the septic ended up being too close together per code, that she had advised was just fine for me to build a home on. Once I had purchased the property and attempted to build on it I was advised that I could not as the well and septic that were on the property were too close together. I lost $110,000 plus expenses closing costs to this lying and corrupt agent. I am now stuck with a worthless piece of property that I can do nothing with.
