DO NOT use this company. They are very unhelpful and have no idea what they are doing. A guy by the name of Marty came out to give me an estimate on the value of my house. He was very rude and unprofessional. He said the value was $80,000. I then called another local realtor and he came out and ended up listing it and selling for $150,000+ I could have potentially lost out on over $70,000, do your research. This company needs to be shut down.

NO STARS for Four Stars Real Estate. My handicapped brother is having to fight for his approximately $1000 deposit from this business. My brother hired and paid out of his own pocket to install underground water system for watering the lawn, he paid to have a new toilet installed, he hired out for lawn care and paid for cleaning services twice weekly. He had no pets and lived alone. No damage was done to this house.
This business is too hard to deal with, and I would not recommend them to ANYONE.
