      image Great customer service sometimes means a great service recovery. I recently had my cars oil changed and air filter replaced. Just over a week later, I was at a gas station and someone noted that my skid plate was dragging on the ground. I called Auto Ranch and they immediately sent someone out to get under my car and tighten all the bolts.
      Mistakes happen. I truly appreciate their willingness to own the mistake and remedy it quickly. Ive been a long time customer and will continue to be a customer for years to come.
