    Response to the Owner: After posting this review, we quickly got the document we requested, but I had little time to update the review before receiving this response. As I explained, the issue with the title was not about the delay, it was that we were told the opposite before purchasing and that we would receive the title right after payment was processed. We were not warned that it was a lien title and its common delays by the salespeople and accountant involved, who knew full well of our situation and time constraints. According to tracking, the label was made on the 7th, but it wasn't actually sent out until the 11th. We never received the tax documents in the mail (we still receive mail at that "old" address), it was possibly lost in shipping, but NONE of the 4 different people we spoke to over the phone told us, and then they all failed to send it over email even after calling and requesting it so many times. And even though it's stated by the IRS that this document is needed, we were still told it's not necessary. All these things combined made it time-consuming and unpleasant experience. The salespeople are very friendly and nice, we did appreciate their service. However, there are larger issues with miscommunication, misinformation, and lack of accountability with this dealership that should be improved, as the response also shows. ---- If you purchased a car here, you should have it checked again by another mechanic. There was an error in the servicing, and when inquired, the mechanic here was dismissive. But then our suspicions were validated by a different Hyundai dealership, who thankfully fixed it for us in time. We purchased a plug-in hybrid, and it's also been a nightmare trying to get needed documents from this dealership. We're still needing one document for tax purposes, and it has been a challenge to get a hold of anyone, getting only voicemails, unanswered emails, and false promises. The staff appears friendly, until you purchase a car and walk out the door, then they seem to stop caring about you completely. They were not knowledgeable about the tax credit and even insisted the vehicle we were purchasing did not qualify, until we proved our case with the IRS website. They had also given misleading information when purchasing, and the title was stalled for so long hat our temp plate expired before it even arrived. The salesperson knew of our situation and time constraints, yet failed to disclaim the delays that they definitely knew about. Overall, we're very displeased and frustrated with our experience and would not recommend anyone to purchase from here.

    Last week I purchased a new Kona from Hyundai of Albany. The staff was outstanding. From Kyle, the young salesman, to Lilly, sales manager, to Anthony, the finance guy, we were treated with respect and patience (we're old and are a little slow). I feel that we have friends in Albany! And the car is a dream to drive.

My fianc and I traveled from Central Oregon and Hyundai of Albany gave us not only the best deal for our trade in but also gave us the BEST customer service. Everyone we worked with were so patient, kind, and very informative when we bought our 2024 Hyundai Kona. We would like to give a personal shoutout to Anthony and Tyson who both were very honest, kind, and attentive to what we were looking for. Theres no other dealership Id go to. This is the best one.

Living on the central Oregon coast presented a unique challenge, but Israel and German made the process seamless. We primarily conducted communication via phone and messaging, and Israel was always responsive and helpful in answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had about the car. Lena,We are sorry that your vehicle had more oil in the motor than to spec. As far as the documents you have been requesting, we did mail them to your OR address rather than your new address. The title was never "stalled", we were just waiting on it to come in the mail. You finalized your purchase (Paid in full and delivered on Feb 26th) Title was sent out on March 7th which is a very fast turn around time, as well as before your temp tag expired. (Title arrived to you on the 12th) All requested documentation was sent out again along with your title. You did make contact with our business office multiple times from start to finish. We care deeply about our clients, and I am sorry you feel the way you do.
