Please help me give a big kudo and recognition to Quintin at Carr Subaru Sales!!! It was right before Christmas, after Carr Subaru Service department was closed for the day, my Crosstrek was having issues when I was going to drive home from the parking lot of the grocery store. This is my very first car and I am still a new driver. I got it at this Carr Subaru and have been coming back here for all services. That was an exceptionally cold day and it was already dark outside. Because of Christmas, the Service department would stay closed for few days, till after Christmas. Then I called the Sales department just for any possible input. I feel so blessed that Quintin was the one answered my call! He listened carefully what I experienced and suggested some experiments, then told me what he thinks the issue might be. He also calmed my anxieties so that I stopped being in a panicking mode. Then I followed his suspicion and asked people in the grocery store to help me, and thankfully Quintin was absolutely correct, so that I successfully drove home and had a warm and happy evening, preparing for Christmas! If he wasn't there, well, I won't literally have been frozen into a statue, but that evening would've be exceptionally painful till I somehow get home and I'd have to live without a car during Christmas! Not only I learned how to handle this issue from Quintin, but also he rescued me from that cold winter night, letting along during Christmas!!! There were obviously something wrong with Google Map Reviews, so this review was stuck & hidden, and I've been trying to make fixes to get it publicly posted on top of my busy schedules, but this delay doesn't and absolutely shouldn't discount any of his firm, warm, and wholehearted support and help to me! Truly appreciate it, Quintin! I can feel strongly that to him, your problem is my problem, and he authentically would like to help out as much as he can! Also, if it wasn't his deep knowledge and expertise of Subaru cars, this couldn't have happened! So please help me give him a big recognition and kudo to him! He is such a phenomenal role model and this definitely deepens my trust with Subaru and Carr Subaru!!!

Buyer beware: predatory salesman, manager, and finance manager at Carr Subaru Beaverton. I bought a car in 2023 and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish and now I have a car that shakes when I brake. They kept the car for a week and their maintenance team machined the brake pads but messed them up somehow. The car is super loud now. The buying experience was horrific: I felt like I was being held hostage for 5 hours, the manager disabled the salesman login so we couldnt look at the car fax, and they kept my trade in keys until I committed to purchasing a vehicle. They sold me an extended warranty which one week later I told them to cancel. They never canceled it. I emailed the finance manager and manager multiple times. I submitted a report to the better business bureau because they sold me the warranty, never registered me for it, and I had to call Ally insurance to cancel it. Do not buy a car from these predators, they will rip you off. Run dont walk away from this dealership.

So I own a 2022 Subaru WRX, last weekend I noticed it was really difficult to get into first gear, sometimes Id have to take my foot of the clutch, and push it back in just to get it into gear, I dropped the car off yesterday, 3/28/2024, the dealer was great kept me updated, found out my clutch fork had broke at the pivot point, and the dealer was great, they kept me , and finished the work after closing, and I was able to get my car back this morning 3/29/2024, thanks to all of the tech working on my 2022 WRX, and Jake the service manager.

I came here to get my car serviced, and couldnt have had an easier time of it. Everyone was super helpful and kind, from the people on the phones making the appointment to the guys working on my car. Cody helped me and did a great job on my car, and was very kind the whole time. Didnt feel condescending or anything. The appointment was way faster than I expected, too. All around great time, thanks Cody :)
